Forex: USD/SEK (US Dollar vs Swedish Krona)

Looking at this particular pairing of the US dollar and the Swedish krona, you may at first wonder if this is a common pairing. As with any other pairing, there are commonalities to the USD/SEK pairing. However the krona has a higher rating at 8.2556 per 1 US dollar as of current date of this article. Sweden has a very prosperous economy compared to the US and a higher rate of return on its money. In this case, as of present date, the krona would be the stronger of the two currencies while the dollar would be the weaker of the two.
When looking at the USD/SEK pairing, the dollar is in the base and the krona is in the counter. You would have a better rate of exchange with the krona being the stronger of the two however this will also bring you a good rate of exchange.
