Forex: USD/LVL (US Dollar vs Latvian Lats)

Looking at a pairing like the dollar and the Latvian lats, this USD/LVL might be a bit tricky. Depending upon the weaker currency, you need to have a stronger currency to balance the pairing so that it will be able to be traded and sold depending on the markets in both Latvia and the US.
